We are taking HIIT outside! This class meets in the YARD at the WC.
Low Impact HIIT using Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Steps, BOSUS and BIRT plates!

General Group Fitness Guidelines:
*Classes open up for reservations 48 hours prior to class start time.
*Classes close 1 hour prior to start time (reservations will not be taken after the 1 hour mark) 
*Cancellations must be done 8 hours in advance.
*We recommend bringing your own fitness/yoga mat if you have it.

Safety Guidelines:
  1. Members are responsible for wiping their equipment before and after class
  2. All members will have an assigned "station" with a minimum of 6 feet distance between members at all times.
  3. Clear “Enter” doors and “Exit” doors for all studios.
  4. The YARD/Outdoor classes are still an additional $5 per class. * If the weather is not cooperative – raining/storming or 90 degrees and up – the YARD/Outdoor classes will move indoors to the TURF.
  5. When using the chairs for seated fitness classes – the chairs will be lined up against the wall, each member will grab their own chair and set it to the left of the yoga mat on the ground. This will ensure they are all at least 6 feet apart. Members MUST wipe down their chairs and equipment before and after class.
  6.  Masks on until exercise begins – Instructor and members must adhere.
